How to Use ADWORKS PRO

Quick guide for first-time users. You can use individual tools anytime, or follow the recommended project workflow below.

Recommended Workflow

  1. Start New Solar Project — open the Project Workflow Dashboard and enter the client/project details.
  2. Assess the requirement — use the Solar Calculator with monthly bill, actual kWh, or appliance/load information.
  3. Review the recommendation — compare Standard and Future-Ready options, then verify equipment and site limitations.
  4. Prepare costing — use BOM & Costing and edit supplier prices, labor, allowances, and markup as needed.
  5. Check savings — use ROI & Savings for estimated monthly/yearly savings and payback.
  6. Create the client document — send the selected calculator result to the Quotation & Proposal Center, complete client/company details, preview, then Print / Save PDF.
  7. Manage installation — use Installation Forms, PV String Checker, Commissioning Report, and Net-Metering Organizer where applicable.
  8. Close and support the project — save handover, warranty, maintenance, and CRM records. Keep PDF/project backups.

Important Tips

  • Use Save Data before leaving a tool when available; browser storage is device/browser specific.
  • Use Load Saved to restore locally saved information and Reset only when you want to clear the current form.
  • Before client release, review names, quantities, prices, assumptions, warranty, and commercial terms.
  • For a clean PDF, use Print / Save PDF and turn off the browser's Headers and footers option.
  • Calculator and ROI outputs are planning estimates. Verify final design against actual equipment data sheets, site conditions, applicable codes, and utility requirements.
  • The software works offline after the files are available locally. Do not rename or separate required module folders because relative links may stop working.
